The Stylist Level System at Hairitage Hair Lounge offers our guests the option when it comes to salon services as well as providing a career path for growth and achievement for our team members. Guests may choose the stylist/level that best compliments their requests and needs from skill set/experience, to budget. Tiers are determined by years of experience, reputation, advanced education, request rate, as well as timing and proficiency with services. All or our stylists are put through our rigorous training program that sets us apart in the industry.
Junior Stylist - Our Tier 1 team members have completed their apprentice training program and are at a point where they are able to start building. This allows guests who have cost in mind to receive our outstanding services. These stylists are working on their timing and are continually developing their all around skills during our ongoing education in and outside the salon .
Design Stylist - Our Tier 2 team members have shown an advanced skill set and are developed in their all-around knowledge. They are committed to ongoing education and participate in our training program.
Senior Stylist - Our Tier 3 team members are at the forefront of the hair industry; some are educating for different companies nationally, and all lead classes for our team in our training program. They have the most advanced skill set and proficiency in our salon, as well as the industry.
Master Stylist - This is the top tier in our salon, and this stylists is the owner and salon lead who is committed to providing every guest that walks with suburb results.
Some things to note about our pricing:
* All pricing includes a blow out.
* Any client receiving a haircut with their color service will receive a discounted rate.
* For the most accurate pricing, we always recommend starting a digital consultation or text us. We are usually very busy at the salon so please give us a day to respond back.
* All pricing is what our services START at. Additional fees may be incurred for extra time and/or product, extra long/thick hair, additional add-on treatments etc. Trust you are in good hands and we have multiple treatment options to fit anyones hair needs and lifestyle.
