JOIN OUR TEAM

ASSISTANT PROGRAM

Duration:

3-6 months for experienced stylists.
9-12 months for fresh graduates.

Objective:

Gain additional education, experience, and build a strong clientele quickly.

Structure:

Onboard Hairitage style, work on live models, set monthly goals, monthly foundational development, receive guidance from our Assistant Coaches and mentors.

Special Certifications:

Financed Rezo cut certifications and other professional development courses.

FRONT DESK

Be apart of the action! Love working in a high-energy, fun workplace? This may be the position for you! Help assist our clients & stylists while being the face of our salon.

Monthly Development:

We offer education in advanced techniques, education from our brand partners and our fave… mindset development.
